1. How do I restore my Premium purchase? If you have reinstallled the app or changed your device, you can easily restore your active subscription. Go to Settings > Upgrade Plan and tap on "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen.
2. Is my resume data safe? Yes. Your documents are processed momentarily and we do not store your original PDF files or screenshots on our servers. The analysis text is stored securely in your private account.
3. How can I cancel my subscription? You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings. Go to your iPhone’s Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, tap on HireLens, and select Cancel Subscription.
